Mark Harris

IN MEMORIUM | CEO

In June of 1991 Mark’s vision of new circulation service company became a reality with the launch of NPS. Mark was the driving force behind the expansion of NPS, acquiring Circulation Specialists & Evergreen Marketing to enable NPS to offer full audience development. His enthusiasm for NPS, the employees and valued clients was echoed in his “win-win-win” approach to business. He is missed, but his legacy and spirit continues. Frank Lama

Frank has several decades of direct marketing and circulation experience working with for profit and nonprofit organizations, on magazines and newsletters and associated properties. Frank joined NPS in 2012 as Director of International Accounts and worked for a range of business prior to that, including Guideposts, Belvoir Media group, AA Grapevine and Cowles Enthusiast Media.

Jared Katzman

Jared operates as the Director of Business Development at NPS and will work diligently to find a solution that meets your needs.  Jared’s background includes circulation positions at U.S. News, Newsweek and Time Inc., as well as Director of Account Management at leading digital magazine company, Zinio.

Jamie Fallon

Jamie serves as Senior Account Director and has worked for NPS since 2013 across a wide range of magazines, newsletters and tabloids, including non-profits, special interest and niche publications, and large circulation titles. Prior to NPS, Jamie worked in consumer marketing and circulation at Conde Nast for The New Yorker and Allure, and at Forbes, The Hollywood Reporter and Ziff-Davis UK.

Natalie Dayton

Digital Director

Natalie heads up NPS in all things digital. She comes to the team with over 10 years at Meredith Corporation, where she held numerous editorial management positions with focuses in both digital and social for top-performing national publications, including Better Homes & Gardens magazine. Her work is geared towards translating print publications onto digital platforms, including email newsletters, website and SEO work, social media, and more.

Ron Murray

General Manager, Retail Services

Ron has extensive experience in all areas of magazine retail sales. Prior to joining NPS, Ron headed up retail sales at the Meredith Corporation where he grew sales to over $200 million.

A consumer marketing veteran, Jim was a senior executive at List Services Corp. and prior to that, a Group Publisher at The Taunton Press, overseeing the woodworking group.
